Mr. Kasey C. Miller was born in Burlington, Vermont. Mr. Miller was enlisted in both the USAF and USMC. In the Marine Corps as a Sergeant, he received a meritorious commission in 1999. He was designated as a Communications Information Systems Officer in 2000, and has held command, operational and staff assignments. Mr. Miller graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Electronic Systems Technologies and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) with a M.S. in Computer Science and is a Certified Information Systems Se- curity Professional and Project Management Professional. Mr. Miller is also a graduate of the Naval War College and has received two Meritorious Service Medal, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals and the Combat Action Ribbon. Mr. Miller has taught at the US Naval Academy in the Computer Science Department. Mr. Miller retired as a Major in 2015 after twenty year of honorable service and is currently a PhD student at NPS in System Engineering. Mr. Miller is the Policy, Process and Automation Manager (PP&A) an Information Technology Specialist (System Analysis) for II MEF. The mission of this billet is to continuously improve processes and information exchange within the MEF.
