Rachel A. Weise is a Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Analyst in the Seattle office of PNNL. Her current work focuses on nuclear non-proliferation, nuclear and radioactive source security, and countering proliferation finance, including regulatory development with foreign partners and engagement with the private sector about reduction of proliferation risks along manufacturing supply chains. Ms. Weise also researches cyber security issues as they relate to nuclear security and safeguards. She holds a joint degree, with a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California-Berkeley.
