Toni Virtanen is currently finishing his PhD in psychology at the University of Helsinki. He has been with Finnish Defence Reseach Agency (FDRA) since 2016 participating in research projects with various topics. Prior to FDRA, he was a project researcher and manager at the University of Helsinki. The research projects were made in joint collaboration with industry partners such as Nokia and Microsoft. Toni has received funding from User-Centered Information Technology (UCIT) Doctoral School and has also studied in the Aalto University Usability School Program. His research interests include cybersecurity, human factors, statistics, and human perception.
